Biz4Him was started in 2007 by Steve Schlagel, Aaron Schlagel, and Jeramiah Townsend.  These 3 men came together, each having the same vision.  The idea was to build up the Christian community and encourage Christian growth in society.

At first they wanted to create a business listing.  But a printed list can be costly to maintain and can’t be easily changed.  They ended up creating a web site that would list Christian owned businesses.  The plan was to later provide educational resources for Christian Business owners so they could run their businesses better.

In 2010 Steve and Aaron decided to no longer pursue the effort.  Jeramiah took the reins of Biz4Him and has carried it forward since then, growing the list and rebuilding the web site to provide better resources for users.
